Raising any Issues or Concerns..
The Thancard Trust is managed by a small team of dedicated volunteers who share a common goal to manage and improve many community projects. This includes currently the Thankerton Village Hall & Public Defibrillators.
We are grateful for the extensive support we have received from the vast majority of the community we serve.
Where a small number of issues have been raised, the Trustees have sought to investigate and resolve these fairly and efficiently.

(ii) Submissions should clearly outline the nature of the concern and include the submitter’s name, address, and contact details.
(iii) To ensure concerns can be addressed constructively, submitters must be willing to meet with the relevant Trustees to discuss the matter and work towards a mutually beneficial resolution.
*Please note that the Trust will only respond to concerns raised using the direct methods listed above. We will not respond to any anonymous concerns, or concerns raised by other means, such as those placed in social media or the press.
